The twelfth edition of North America’s renowned and biggest metal party once again descends on Baltimore, aka “Charm City”. While it took place in different locations from the previous decade’s Sonar venue, the same characters -- from the Chicken Man, traveling crusties and their dogs, and Baltimore’s reputation for violent crime -- remained unaffected by the move.
