The Dead Daisies have announced a UK and Ireland summer tour.

The supergroup’s seven shows are in addition to appearances at a number of European festivals and a tour with Kiss. The shows are in support of their upcoming third album Make Some Noise, due on August 5 via SPV.

They’ll play seven shows in the UK and Ireland, including two gigs on the same day – July 23 – at Ramblin Man Fair where they will be onstage at around 2pm and later that night at the Ebbw Vale Steelhouse Festival, with a 10.30pm stage time.

Frontman John Corabi says: “Europe is always a blast. We love the festivals, and we’re very much looking forward to playing another run of shows in the UK as well as our own dates in Germany. We’ll bring new songs, a new monster player on guitar – so let‘s do this.”

The Dead Daisies added former Whitesnake and Dio guitarist Doug Aldrich to the lineup this year to replace Richard Fortus, who left along with keyboard player Dizzy Reed to join Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan in the reunited Guns N’ Roses.

Aldrich says: “I can‘t wait to finally get going with The Dead Daisies and bring our new record to the people. This will be fun, loud rock‘n‘roll – promise.”
