In Baltimore last night, Metallica live streamed a rehearsal session as they prepare to head out on the North American leg of their WorldWired tour.

The event titled Now That We’re Live from the city’s M&T Bank Stadium was broadcast live at 9pm EST (2am GMT) on Facebook and through the band’s website, with a limited number of fans lucky enough to be there in person.

Those who missed the event can now catch up with the action below and see Metallica shake the rust off before the run on 25 shows get underway in Baltimore later tonight (May 10).

The session saw the band jam through ideas and play the tracks Atlas Rise, For Whom The Bell Tolls, Now That We’re Dead and Battery.

Drummer Lars Ulrich previously said: “We are psyched to share some of our rehearsals and final pre-production run-through with our friends around the world, and we hope you’ll come hang with us as we fire up the engines for the North American summer run.”

Earlier this week, Metallica released a video showcasing their track Hardwired, with the promo featuring clips of the band playing the song in various cities around the world, including New York, Copenhagen, London, Bogota, Puerto Rico, Los Angeles and Toronto.
