Mason Hill are on the march. Forged on the Glasgow club scene but spreading like wildfire with their tear-it-up shows, the five-piece have headlined famed home-turf venues like the Cathouse, hijacked the bill at Download and Ramblin’ Man Fair, and taken titans like Airbourne to the wire as the world’s greatest support band.

Riding that word-of-mouth buzz, Mason Hill’s 2015 self-titled EP announced a band that could do hooks and heaviosity. But their eight-year ride has all been leading to Against The Wall: a Kickstarter-funded debut album tracked at Glasgow’s Riverside Studios and vocals recorded in New York, which shakes up influences like Alter Bridge and Shinedown with a modern rock sound entirely their own.

Needless to say - this being rock ‘n’ roll - it hasn’t been quite that easy. In this exclusive video interview, join vocalist Scott Taylor, guitarist James Bird and bassist Matthew Ward for the warts-and-all story behind Against The Wall.  Watch the video below.

Against The Wall is released March 5th in formats including 3 x colour 12” vinyl, vinyl picture disc, black vinyl and 2-CD artwork versions. For more info, see their official site.
